Creative Summer Art Program - Grades 6-8

Are you a middle school student who is passionate about visual creativity? This is a summer art workshop focusing on the basics of mixed media to use for visual expression. Instruction will include an introduction to painting tools, color basics and how to set up successful compositions. This workshop is perfect for the middle school artist who is ready to try new medias. The small class setting allows for a fun, casual studio atmosphere with personal mentoring and encouragement. Students can hope to expect 1 – 2 finished paintings at the end of the week. 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
