Thank you for your interest in our transportation program. We are looking forward to the upcoming school year! Please note the following:

BUSES, ROSTERS, AND ROUTES
- Buses will be clearly marked with Thoroughbred branding and signage to indicate the route of each bus.
- Drivers will have an up-to-date roster for each stop to confirm headcount and afternoon departure times.
- Once on campus in the morning, our bus will stop at the academic buildings for drop off. Please note that in the afternoon, the bus will begin at the lower school for SPPL riders. All other students will be picked up behind the Ward Center, between the Ward Center and bell on Chapel Road to minimize the impact of afternoon carpool on departure times.

PICK UP/DROP OFF POLICIES
-Drivers will wait approximately five minutes after pick up times before departing to the next stop.
-A parent must be present at the drop off location to meet their child. Any delay must be communicated to Thoroughbred Dispatch at (410) 831-0609 so that the driver can be contacted.

INCLEMENT WEATHER, EARLY DISMISSALS, AND HOLIDAYS
- We will follow the school schedule as far as any snow days, early dismissals, holidays, etc.
- In case of inclement weather, the bus company reserves the right not to operate even if the school chooses to remain open or open late. In this case, the responsibility to transport your child to school will be yours.
- Note: Morning departure times do not change for late start days.
- Schedule changes around early dismissal days will be communicated by Jill Karpovich in coordination with the Divisions.

COMMUNICATION
- Timely notice regarding changes or modifications is critical to avoid miscommunication.
- Thoroughbred will send information regarding the Remind app for daily communications.
-Any major pick up or drop off changes may be submitted to Lisa Banknell via email at lbanknell@stpaulsmd.org or by phone (410) 371-4167. Lisa will contact the driver(s) with updates.
- Parents and/or students may contact Thoroughbred Dispatch at (410) 831-0609 to confirm bus status. Thoroughbred will also use the Remind app to communicate bus status, invitation to enroll will be sent separately.
